I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location was perfect for me, as it was right in the city center and within walking distance of the train station. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities like a mini-bar and air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi was a bonus, and the view from the upper floors was amazing. I also enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which served delicious food at reasonable prices. this place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely come back.

During my recent stay, we encountered a small issue with the room key not working properly. We had to go back to the reception twice to get a replacement key. However, the receptionist, Kirill, was extremely helpful and quickly resolved the problem with a friendly attitude. He even offered us complimentary drinks at the bar while we waited. This level of service really impressed us and made our stay much more enjoyable. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the city. The location was also convenient, close to attractions and public transportation. I had a positive experience at Black Sea Central and would recommend it to others.

During our recent trip, we stayed at a hotel located near the city centre, which made it incredibly easy to get around and explore. the staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help with any requests we had. One of the nicest things we enjoyed during our stay was the beautiful view from our room. Both the sunrise and sunset were stunning, and we were able to see a lot of the city from our window.

The furniture was old and not in good condition. The beds were not very comfortable, and the carpets were incredibly dirty, which made the air quality quite bad.

We stayed at a hotel in a great location, close to the train station and main bus station. The rooms were clean and well-presented, and we even got a room upgrade with a good view. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who spoke English. They had a restaurant attached to the hotel, which was convenient for us. The hotel was also easy to reach from the airport by bus.

The pool was not included in the room price and had an extra charge.
