The location of the hotel was ideal, with stunning views of the river and easy access to nearby restaurants and bars. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and the service during breakfast was impeccable. we highly recommend Fairmont for a truly luxurious stay in Kyiv.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the spacious rooms and the stunning views of the river and city from the hotel. The location was also a key factor, with easy access to nearby attractions and the metro station. Additionally, I appreciated the fact that the staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay.

There were a few negative aspects of my experience. the breakfast charges were quite expensive, and I was not informed about the price beforehand.

Great rooms with separate bath, shower, and toilet. Staff was impeccable. The hotel had a nice contemporary restaurant and the breakfast buffet was enjoyable. Also, the location was convenient, close to the river and the old city.

It was difficult to control the room temperature and opening the window wasn't an option due to traffic noise. The blanket provided was excessively heavy.

During my xmas stay, I really liked the hotel's key location by the river and its proximity to the metro and funicular. It made it easy to explore the city and get around. The hotel was also well-maintained and clean, which was a big plus.

On the downside, I found the service in the dining and bar areas to be slow and lacking efficiency. It didn't meet the expectations I have for a 5-star hotel.

Staff refused to provide an extension cord when requested, and we had to wait for a long time to receive it. Also, we had to change rooms in the middle of the day, which was inconvenient.
