The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept like royalty. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a large bathtub, twin wash basins, and golden taps. We also loved the Nespresso coffee machine in the room - a nice touch. The hotel amenities were top-notch, especially the indoor pool which provided a relaxing and comforting experience. The location of the hotel was ideal, with stunning views of the river and easy access to nearby restaurants and bars. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and the service during breakfast was impeccable. we highly recommend Fairmont for a truly luxurious stay in Kyiv.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the spacious rooms and the stunning views of the river and city from the hotel. the location was also a key factor, with easy access to nearby attractions and the metro station. Additionally, I appreciated the fact that the staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay.

There were a few negative aspects of my experience. the breakfast charges were quite expensive, and I was not informed about the price beforehand.

This hotel exceeded our expectations during our romantic escape. the room we stayed in had a stunning view of the river and bridges, which added to the ambience of our stay. the spaciousness of the room was a huge plus, as we had plenty of room to relax and unwind. the breakfast offered a great variety of options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to our day. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect as we were able to easily explore the nearby Krystatic Street and other attractions within walking distance.

We were disappointed with the customer service we received during our stay. Unfortunately, we experienced noise disturbances from neighboring rooms in the early morning, which impacted the quality of our sleep.

Great rooms with separate bath, shower, and toilet. Staff was impeccable. the hotel had a nice contemporary restaurant and the breakfast buffet was enjoyable. Also, the location was convenient, close to the river and the old city.

It was difficult to control the room temperature and opening the window wasn't an option due to traffic noise. the blanket provided was excessively heavy.

During my xmas stay, I really liked the hotel's key location by the river and its proximity to the metro and funicular. It made it easy to explore the city and get around. the hotel was also well, maintained and clean, which was a big plus.

On the downside, I found the service in the dining and bar areas to be slow and lacking efficiency. It didn't meet the expectations I have for a 5, star hotel.

They even surprised us with a cake when they found out it was a birthday celebration. The spa area was always empty, so we had the whole place to ourselves. The room was spacious and the bed was perfect. The location near the river was attractive and made it easy to walk to the city center. the staff, room, and location were top-notch.
