The hotel is conveniently located near Ternopil Lake, the city center, and Topilche park. This allowed me to easily visit the main city attractions by foot. there is a bus stop right at the hotel entrance and a trolley stop within a short walk, making it easy to navigate the city. The helpful personnel were accommodating and allowed me to check in early without any extra charge.

I was disappointed to discover that the gym/sports center was in poor condition, with broken weight machines and non-functioning cardio equipment. It would be beneficial for the hotel to either maintain the facilities or not advertise that they have a gym.
