During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the impeccable service provided by the staff. They were friendly and always went the extra mile to ensure my comfort. the breakfast spread offered a wide variety of delicious options that catered to everyone's taste. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location allowed me to easily explore the nearby attractions on foot. Another advantage was the beautiful views from the patio lounge that added to the overall enjoyable experience.

I was disappointed by a few aspects. the check, in process was cumbersome and inefficient.

The hotel had everything we liked - underground parking, friendly reception staff, amazing Asian restaurant, and excellent service. The room was modern, clean, and had complimentary amenities like fresh fruits, wine, and L'Occitane body care set. The bath tub and shower were fantastic, and the room service was prompt and efficient. The staff, from the doormen to the restaurant staff, were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great selection, and the quality of the food at the Asian restaurant was exceptional. There were also several great restaurants in the vicinity.

I had an amazing stay at Hyatt Regency! The rooftop terrace was perfect for our graduation celebration. Despite the limited guest count, the hotel allowed outside guests on the terrace, which made the event more special. The Front Desk team, particularly Ekaterina and Valeria, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the professional concierges added an extra touch. The hotel's location in the heart of the city was convenient, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Kiev.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the daily housekeeping did a great job in keeping our room spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great gym and a wonderful pool area complete with a sizeable jacuzzi. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to all the main attractions and historic places in this city. The breakfast provided delicious options, including plenty of plant-based and vegetarian choices. The staff at the reception and in the Asia restaurant were friendly, helpful, and attentive. We especially enjoyed the food at the Asia restaurant, and the oysters were world-class. The underground parking was convenient, and the Elite Taxi service was reliable and prompt, ensuring that we got around easily during our stay.
