Pros of my stay at this amazing hotel: Friendly and helpful staff, perfect location, clean and cozy rooms, delicious breakfast. Mind-blowing experience!

The hotel's location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the city center. Guests can easily explore the old town and its attractions with great convenience. The staff at the reception is very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist guests with any queries or requests. Additionally, the rooms at the rear of the building provide a peaceful and quiet environment for a good night's sleep.

The breakfast service at the hotel leaves something to be desired. The breakfast is served in the basement, which is not accessible by lift.

This hotel is located in a prime spot, right in the city center of Lviv. The rooms are well designed with basic amenities, and some even have a balcony. Additionally, breakfast is included and is a nice touch.

All in all, this hotel was great, with no noticeable downsides.

The room was spacious and cozy, with an industrial touch that we loved. the employees were very kind and helpful, especially during breakfast where one of them spoke our native language. the breakfast itself surpassed our expectations, and the private parking was conveniently located nearby.

The sound insulation in our room was practically non-existent, as we could hear all the noise from the street and nearby establishments. Despite these flaws, we enjoyed our stay overall and appreciated the hotel's prime location.

I had a wonderful stay at Jam Hotel Hnatyuka. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the charming old town of Lviv. The staff at the reception were extremely attentive and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The breakfast, although not a buffet, was delicious and satisfying. Despite a couple of minor issues with the bathroom smell and the lack of a bucket in the room, the overall experience was excellent. I particularly appreciated the modern and new facilities of the hotel. The breakfast served at a nearby restaurant was a delightful start to each day. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Lviv.

Amazing staff, went above and beyond to help us and make us comfortable. Tasty breakfast with sweet and kind server. Spacious, clean, and modern room. Convenient location for exploring on foot. Dark curtains and hot water boiler were great perks.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. the staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. They even had a man who escorted me to my room and helped with my luggage, which was a pleasant surprise. the variety of TV channels in different languages was great, and the breakfast was nice. the location of the hotel was perfect, and I even received a small jar of jam as a present during check out.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent, with clean and cozy rooms. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and close to the Opera Theatre. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
