We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. The small pool for children had heated water, which was excellent. Our kids loved the dolphin show and the fact that they could see the dolphins throughout the hotel. The hotel had a good kids club and an animation team at the pool. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, and the reception staff were wonderful. The location of the hotel was perfect, and the view from the rooftop jacuzzi was amazing. The breakfast provided excellent options, and the coffee was good.

The amenities are quite nice! I enjoyed the complementary coffee and tea in the lobby, as well as the gym facilities. the hotel is also conveniently located near several restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area on my business trip. Another plus was the comfortable beds in the rooms!

The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. the noise level was also a bit high, with thin walls making it easy to hear the neighbors.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the Spa & wellness centre provided exceptional services and the indoor swimming pool was perfect for a relaxing day. the treatment room was equipped with a steam room and a jacuzzi. the live entertainment and beauty treatments were a huge plus. the restaurant served delicious food and had a poolside snack bar.

There was a minor issue with my room category not being available upon arrival, but the staff quickly resolved the issue to my satisfaction. the service was great, though some staff members seemed to be too attached to their phones.
