I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room I stayed in was clean and tidy, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was larger than what I had booked. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but still within close proximity to many good restaurants and the main street. The breakfast provided was delicious and had everything I needed to start my day off right.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with family.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from the bustling Deribasovskaya street where you can find a plethora of great restaurants to satisfy any craving. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently situated near the center and the Privoz market, making it easy to explore the city's vibrant atmosphere.

The air conditioner didn't work properly and despite multiple attempts to fix it, it remained unresolved.

Luxury style hotel, large fully equipped rooms. Helpful and English speaking staff, especially Katarina from reception. Great location, 5 minutes walking to the city center. Organized parking. Good price. Friendly and attentive staff. Nice bathroom with necessary amenities. Free breakfast buffet with good food and service. Walking distance to all the good sites.

Friendly and helpful staff assisted me in arranging a TV event in one of their conference rooms when the room TV was not working. The location was fantastic, within a short distance of all the Odessa sights. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The complimentary shuttle service offered by the hotel was a real bonus and saved us money on taxis. the hotel’s central location meant we were able to visit all the sights easily without needing to use public transport. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a great selection of hot and cold items.

The air conditioning system needs improving as it became quite warm in the room during the night, making it difficult to sleep. the elevators were slow and small, so there were often long waits to get to and from our room.
