I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, as it's just a short walk to the nearby Metro station and there's a fabulous 24-hour traditional Ukrainian restaurant right next door. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the park and river. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast had a good selection of food, including delicious scrambled eggs. the hotel provided great facilities and advantages, such as free Wi-Fi and a convenient ATM by the front door.

One minor downside was the noise from the traffic outside when the windows were open. However, this could easily be resolved by closing the windows or requesting a room at the rear of the building.

the location is perfect - it's near a metro station and situated in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Additionally, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service from the moment I arrived until I departed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony view over the Lavra. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

More complimentary bottles of water per room would be appreciated.

During our stay at a hotel, we encountered an unexpected delay during check-in. The room was not ready until an hour after the designated check-in time. However, the staff was quick to apologize and offered us a place to keep our bags while we waited. They eventually provided us with a clean and comfortable room with a great view. Despite this minor inconvenience, we found the hotel to be well-located and the room to be spacious. The hotel offers a decent breakfast selection and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable rooms.

I loved the cool, socialist modernist architecture of this building. The view from my room was incredible, overlooking the Dniepr river and the beautiful orthodox cathedrals. The staff at the desk were fluent in English and went above and beyond to assist me. The minibar had reasonable prices and the hotel had all the expected amenities for a comfortable stay.

Felt totally relaxed, no complaints.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a good experience. Loved the vintage charm of the building and the updated furniture in the room. the bathroom was spotless and looked newly renovated. the view from the balcony was exceptional- overlooking a lit-up monastery and a park. the hotel was located in a great spot- right in the city center with easy access to the underground shopping center and metro. the breakfast had a good selection of bread and jams, and the breakfast staff was very helpful and quick to serve.

The water in the bathroom was lukewarm at best and needs upgrading. the thermostat was replaced by an AC, which was really loud, and the curtains didn't fully block out the light in the morning.
