The hotel had a clean and modern design, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel was excellent, being close to the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. the air-conditioning in the rooms worked well and the pool area was relaxing and well-maintained.

Some of the rooms were quite small, with tiny bathrooms and balconies. the noise from the main road could be an issue, especially for those with rooms on lower floors.

Had an excellent 8-night stay at this boutique adults-only hotel in early October. The room was exactly as shown in the photographs, with comfortable beds and fresh decor. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Diego in the restaurant who went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The food in the restaurant was absolutely fantastic, and the breakfast had a great variety to choose from. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the pool area had plenty of sun loungers. The location was excellent, close to the beach and other amenities.

I recently stayed at Plaza Santa Ponca, a lovely adult-only hotel in the heart of Santa Ponca. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from the beautiful sandy beach and with convenient access to taxis and buses. The whole hotel was spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet and a la carte dinner at the adjacent restaurant were delicious, thanks to the wonderful maitre d' Diego and chef de cuisine. The reception staff, Martha and Libi, were incredibly welcoming, making my stay memorable. I highly recommend this quiet and charming hotel.
