Staff was nice and friendly even during Christmas. Parking was spacious and free. The location was convenient, close to handicraft market and shopping. The turn down service was a nice touch.

The room was too outdated, the furniture was old and needs renovation. The air conditioning was old and made too much noise.

We had a truly delightful stay at Bonne Etoile. The daily room service was impeccable, always returning to a spotless room. The complimentary continental breakfast offered a wonderful array of tasty pastries and fresh fruits. The central location allowed us to easily explore the nearby shops and restaurants. highly recommended.
