after having a 'lovely' stay, I was shuffled into a disabled accessible room with a shower making my bathroom an aquatic disaster. and what’s worse? the breakfast, starting at 7:00 am, left me coffee-less before my flight. i would’ve thought a VIP like me woudl recieve better service than that, but apparently not.

No issues, thoroughly meets expectations. Spacious room with an extremely comfortable bed.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! The location is perfect, surrounded by restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast buffet was a hit. Highly recommend checking out the local sights and enjoying the excellent gym facilities.

The shower temperature was really hard to control. A couple of times it was scalding hot, which made it frustrating to take a proper shower. Just something to be aware of for future guests.

pool is small for guests during peak times!!! No efficient towel service at the pool!!! Parking fees add unnecessary costs!!! Maintenance issues are evident throughout the hotel!!! The jacuzzi could use a thorough cleaning!!!

Breakfast was a bit busy, but offered a solid variety of food. The room was spacious with a comfy King bed and all usual stuff like a hairdryer and safe. Plus, easy access to underground parking was a nice touch!
