The staff at this hotel was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The restaurant manager was especially amazing, making sure our daughter felt comfortable when she was unwell. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept like a baby. Despite being located near a main road, the noise level was never a problem. The hotel's cab service was top-notch, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to Pearson Vue. If given the chance to come back, I would definitely choose this hotel again. The overall service and experience was outstanding.

Located in a convenient district, the hotel offers reasonable prices and a variety of breakfast options. The pool on the second floor is consistently clean and uncrowded. Wi-fi is reliable with a simple login process. The staff, particularly the housekeeping and reception personnel, are professional and helpful. Security staff are also attentive and friendly.

We had a great experience at the property. the staff, especially Mr Shanawaz, Mr Abhishek, and Mr Venkatesh, were exceptional. They were approachable and always willing to help. the breakfast provided a lot of options to choose from and was amazing. the pool was also really good. it was a perfect staycation. the room was spacious and well-appointed, and the bed linen was very comfortable. the buffet breakfast and dinner were varied and sumptuous. We felt extremely safe as two women travelers.

Azhar, Mohit, and Mithun gave attentive and pleasant service. The room was well-equipped and housekeeping was thorough.

We had an exceptional and extravagant experience at this hotel. We were thrilled with the exclusive amenities provided here that fulfilled our luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, swimming pool and full body massage were outstanding and well-maintained.

Only a minor issue: the service was slightly slow, but nevertheless, the staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to attend to our needs and requests. this hotel was an outstanding venue and exceeded our expectations.

Wonderful Stay! The hotel staff provided a warm welcome and quick check-in. The location was close to major sightseeing attractions. The pool was fun for kids, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The in-room dining experience was awesome. it was a great stay.

The food choices were limited compared to other 5-star hotels. The mutton biryani was not up to Taj quality and had mainly rice and few poor quality mutton pieces.

I had a truly pleasant and comfortable stay at Vivanta. the property has an old charm that adds to its appeal. the staff, especially Mr Mimo from the reception, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. the dining staff, including Mr Sai, Mr Anirbhan, and Mr Prashant, attended to all my food preferences and made each meal memorable. the rooms were clean, and the variety of food available was impressive. it was a five-star experience.
