The hotel's central location is unbeatable! Everything from Broadway to the Assembly Food Hall is just a quick walk away. Plus, the décor is serene and relaxing, providing a peaceful escape from the bustling city. the staff truly shines, being incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, making us feel special during our stay.

The check-in process was a bit of a headache. It took multiple attempts and an unnecessary $500 charge each time, causing frustration.

I recently spent Easter weekend at a hotel in the heart of downtown Nashville and had a great time. the hotel restaurant offered an amazing meal for the occasion and the staff was attentive and friendly. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the shower products provided were a nice touch. the best aspect of this hotel was its location, with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. the key location fact to keep in mind is that it’s in a very central spot, making it easy to explore the city.

The room was not cleaned each day, despite the service light being on, which was a bit disappointing. the chamber maid service was also inconsistent, and one request for two coffee cups was never received.

This hotel is a luxurious lodging venue, offering exclusive amenities like a spa and wellness centre, sauna and steam room. the room was impressive, with stunning views and comfortable bedding. the restaurant was excellent and the food was of a high standard. the in-room breakfast was an added bonus and the bar/lounge area was the perfect spot to unwind with a drink. the service was impeccable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The only minor issue was the inconsistent chambermaid service, with the turn-down service being the exception. We asked for two coffee cups on the first day, which we never received, despite asking again the day before we left.
