My xmas stay at this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and the cleaning staff did a great job of keeping them clean. The location of the hotel was also a major highlight, as it was conveniently located near key attractions in Miami. Additionally, the app provided by the hotel made it easy and convenient to communicate with the front desk.

There were a few things that I didn't like about my stay. the prices for drinks and food were quite high, which is to be expected in this area.

The tiki-style area on the beach level was fantastic with delicious grilled food and a laid-back atmosphere. The kids club offered wonderful activities at a reasonable price, giving our children personal attention and fun experiences. The spacious and nicely decorated room added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The hotel had a relaxing yoga vibe and provided yoga mats for guests. The skin products provided, including soap and cream, were of high quality and the hotel smelled amazing. The location was excellent and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I cannot wait to return!
