I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Riverwalk for a weekend getaway. The location was superb, with stunning views of the Chicago river walk just across the street. The hotel had everything we needed without any unnecessary frills. The staff, including Supervisor Michael Perry, provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They even surprised us with a heartfelt card and gift certificates for nearby Chicago favorites. The nearby Mortons Steakhouse was a bonus for our anniversary celebration. a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay that left a favorable impression on all of us.
