Additionally, I noticed some maintenance issues. there was a recurring loud noise from the HVAC system that seemed to occur every 15 minutes, making it difficult to relax and sleep comfortably.

Consider bringing your own linens if you prefer a cooler night's sleep, as the provided bedding felt warm and not very breathable.

i had a great stay at 175 lex, walkable downtown lexington & rupp arena. it's super close to the police station, making it feel safe. the loft was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for relaxing. the cleaning lady was really friendly, and it was nice chatting with her. plus, there's laundry facilities available, which is a huge perk!

Free street parking from 7 PM to 9 AM is a huge advantage, and the nearby Chase parking garage is a great value at $10 for 24 hours. The condo itself is comfortable and well-maintained, making it easy to unwind after a day out. While the area can be busy, it adds to the vibrant atmosphere of the location.
