The room was super comfy and spacious, felt like a home away from home. The free WiFi and big workstation were a huge plus for us since we needed to do some work. The air conditioning was a life-saver during the hot days in Asheville.

Stayed at Fairfield Inn for a few nights during a quiet Tuesday. Pleasant arrival, quick check-in by Melanee who provided great customer service. Central location for downtown and other activities. Staff was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Breakfast exceeded expectations with real food, not just carbs and toasters. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip. I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was convenient to all the areas I needed to visit, including the Biltmore Estate and local restaurants. The attention to detail was evident in the clean rooms and the courteous staff. I especially appreciated having a separate room with a sleeper sofa, as I was traveling with someone who snores. The breakfast was phenomenal with plenty of tasty and hot options. the value for money and the basic amenities provided made my stay enjoyable.

The drama between the staff and guests upon arrival was quite chaotic, causing delays for check-in. Additionally, our room was unfortunately located behind the mechanical closet and the ice machine, resulting in mild noise disturbances.
