I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel that exceeded all of my expectations. The first thing that caught my attention was the incredible value for money. Despite being a small boutique hotel, the prices were surprisingly affordable, making it a great choice for budget-conscious travelers like myself.

All was exceptional.

The historic Victorian house has endless charm and character. The breakfast is delicious with homemade croissants. The staff is sweet and attentive to details. Convenient location, close to downtown. Spacious, comfortable, and welcoming rooms.

We had an amazing stay at this elegant and welcoming inn. The owners and staff were incredibly gracious and made us feel like family. The breakfasts were delicious, especially the hot coffee available early in the morning. The wine hour was a highlight not to be missed. we highly recommend this special place.

I had an amazing stay at this downtown Napa B&B. The complimentary port, cookies, and filling breakfast were just the beginning of the amazing hospitality. The staff was accommodating, leaving instructions for a late check-in, and going above and beyond to return forgotten possessions. The location was unbeatable, near amazing dining and shopping, and perfect for sunrise runs along the river. I highly recommend staying here for a romantic and fun getaway.

Incredible First trip to Napa!

We had the most amazing stay at 1801 First Luxury Inn. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and cared for. The attention to detail throughout our stay was outstanding, from the truffles in our room upon arrival to the wine tasting coupons and suggestions provided. The wine hour was a delightful experience, allowing us to interact with the owners, staff, and other guests while enjoying delicious wine and cheese. The location was also perfect, allowing us to easily explore downtown Napa. We can't wait to come back and stay at 1801 First again!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and everything was well-maintained. The hotel facilities were great, including amenities like an iron, toiletries, and even bathrobes and a safe in the room. I also appreciated the convenient parking provided on-site. The location was perfect, just a short walk to downtown with its various wine bars, restaurants, and select vineyards. Plus, the hotel was situated in the most beautiful garden area. The breakfast was delicious, with three choices available, and served at the preferred time. The staff was amazing and provided a personal touch throughout my stay.

The staff were attentive and helpful providing guests with maps and even a safety pin. It was easy to get around with restaurants and shopping within walking distance and accessible transportation options. The complimentary wine and appetizers in the evening were a lovely way to unwind after a day in the area.

The hotel is definitely worth its price with its location at the walking distance to the downtown area. The staff is attentive to detail and always at your service. Rooms with fireplaces are cozy and easy to use. The talented chef prepares breakfast with large portions of freshly baked goods.

Everything was wonderful!

The room we stayed in was spacious and well-stocked with everything we needed. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious and the wine hour in the evening was a great way to meet other guests and enjoy some local wines. The innkeepers were friendly and provided excellent recommendations for activities and dining options. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend 1801 First Luxury Inn to anyone visiting the area.

We had a great Christmas stay at the inn. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and they even surprised us with a special Christmas treat in our room. the location was perfect, right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore the shops and restaurants. the historic charm of the inn added to the overall experience.

There were a few things that could have been better. the room had a slight musty smell, and the carpet looked worn and stained.

As young people, we loved the fabulous wine and charcuterie board during the evening social hours. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Napa and enjoying the wine bars and restaurants. The garden cottage offered privacy and was beautifully furnished. The breakfasts served in the cute sunroom felt like dining in a quaint European cafe.

We felt welcomed into the family and had no complaints.

The check-in process was a bit slow and could have been more efficient. Additionally, the room we stayed in was a bit small and lacked sufficient storage space for our belongings.
