Can’t fault the property in any way

We had a wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast located close to the downtown historic area. The room was cozy and comfortable with a beautiful antique bed and original claw-foot tub in the bathroom. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with three delicious courses that kept us full all morning. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel like family. the location was perfect for walking to nearby shops and restaurants.

This lovely place is perfect for a break far from the hustle and bustle of the city. the house is beautifully decorated, and the owners make you feel like you are part of their family. They have a well-stocked snack bar with a variety of tasty treats, and the complimentary breakfast is a four-course feast with delicious choices. the location is close to downtown, where you can eat, shop, and enjoy drinks. It is also not too far from the lake, where you can rent a boat or go fishing.

The area surrounding the property is not well-maintained and has a few closed inns. the neighbouring buildings sometimes truly influence the surrounding, but given the location's proximity to downtown, the other aspects outweigh the little negative.

The room we booked, the Morocco room, was comfy, cute, and spacious. Breakfast was a three-course feast that left us full all day. The house is conveniently located close to downtown Hot Springs, and the owners, David and Rebecca, were incredibly helpful and friendly. we highly recommend this bed and breakfast for a wonderful stay.

The parking at the guest house was a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Also, there was some confusion about the location of our room, as it was in a separate duplex across the street from the main house.
