Art-themed rooms and 24h museum make for unique stay. Fast, friendly valet parking and excellent WiFi available. Convenient downtown location close to great restaurants and galleries. Comfortable beds and clean, cozy rooms. Fabulous cocktails at the vibrant bar.

Fantastic staff, playful penguin placement, breathtaking artwork, perfect location. Can't wait to visit other 21c locations.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The location in downtown Cincinnati was perfect for exploring the city. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The unique art elements added a special touch to the overall ambiance. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always happy to recommend nearby attractions and restaurants.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown. The staff was so nice and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We loved the room amenities, especially the comfortable carpeted floors. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were great spots to relax and enjoy a welcome drink. Lastly, we were impressed by the leisure spa & wellness centre that offers massage and other facilities. The free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were also very convenient.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with lots of places within walking distance. the hotel itself was really cool and unlike any place I've stayed before. the fact that there was an art museum in the hotel was a pretty awesome amenity. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom products provided were nice. it was a great experience.

One of the downsides was the parking situation, as it was a bit confusing. the website didn't provide clear information about whether there was street parking, a lot, or if it was valet only.

I had an amazing stay at 21C. The staff greeted me with a glass of champagne upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The room was immaculate and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's art gallery was full of thought-provoking pieces, making for great conversations. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city trolley. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location with easily accessible restaurants and shops. Welcoming staff offered us sparkling wine on arrival. Loved the beautifully decorated room and being so close to the amazing art galleries.

As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved the lively art on the walls and the unique decor throughout the hotel. The view from the lobby was breathtaking, and John at check-in was fantastic, ensuring I had the perfect room. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the restaurant served delicious meals. I also enjoyed wandering around the gallery.

I had a fantastic stay at 21C Museum Hotel. The room was spacious and the bathroom was a highlight, with a luxurious shower and adjacent tub. The hotel's family on-site museum exhibits were thought-provoking and enriching. I highly recommend this hotel for a great getaway experience. The only minor drawbacks were stained tiles and grout in the toilet/sink area and a slightly softer mattress than I prefer. However, these did not diminish the overall enjoyment of my stay.
