The location of this hotel is amazing, being right downtown and able to walk anywhere. It is unbeatable if you want to spend time in the heart of the city. The rooms are functional, simply and tastefully decorated, and the staff was excellent, as were the servers at breakfast.

We had an awesome time in Asheville over Christmas! The hotel was super clean and comfortable, with a modern and crisp design. The best part was the central location, which allowed us to easily walk to restaurants and breweries without worrying about driving. Plus, the rooftop bar was a great spot to enjoy a drink and take in the city views.

There were a couple of things that could have been better. The pillows were a bit too flat for our liking, and we noticed some mildew around the shower door.

The location of Ac Hotel Downtown was perfect for exploring the vibrant downtown area of Asheville. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops with ease. The rooftop bar and outdoor area were also a highlight, offering fantastic views and a great atmosphere. Despite not dining at the hotel, the cleanliness and upkeep of the spaces were impressive. The AC in the room was a welcome feature as well. Additionally, the on-site parking was convenient.

One minor inconvenience during our stay was encountering the cleaning staff in the hallway on the day of our departure. Despite politely asking for passage, they did not make an effort to step aside or move their cart, which made us feel like an inconvenience.
