Comfortable bed, clean room, helpful staff, excellent location.

The room was modern and the bed and pillows were comfortable. the hotel was located right next to a Whole Foods Market, which was convenient.

Our room was not cleaned on the second night of our stay and we found dirty towels and washcloths on the floor. We also encountered some cleanliness issues, as my daughter found broken glasses from a previous guest in the room.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, right next to a Whole Foods market, which made grocery shopping super convenient. The service here was top-notch, with attentive room service, excellent housekeeping, and even a helpful grocery shopping service. The staff were friendly and the welcome drink was a nice touch. The amenities in the room were fantastic, including a mini-bar, in-room safe, and a separate tub and shower. The hotel also had a great restaurant and bar area, perfect for relaxation and enjoying a delicious meal. my experience here was superb.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was within walking distance of everything in the city, including the Whole Foods market and many great places to eat. We didn't have to worry about driving or finding parking. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the innovative shower system and the comfy beds. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the surroundings. The breakfast buffet had a delicious European-style spread with a variety of choices that reminded us of our travels abroad.
