I always return here for a reason. Staff once found my forgotten headphones. This place has all I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Bar, Fitness centre. I'll be back for New Year.

The room was stunningly large with tons of towels and a gorgeous shower. the hotel's location near great restaurants was a major highlight. We were lucky to have a corner room on a high floor with a west-facing view, perfect for watching the sunset over the bay. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout blinds ensured a good night's sleep.

The staff lacked professionalism, with some members being unfriendly and unhelpful. the shower was too narrow for two people to comfortably share, and the water refill stations were inconveniently located on random floors.

I stayed at the wonderful AC Hotel for a quick business trip. the room was spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. the staff was attentive and made me feel safe and valued. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with great restaurant options nearby. the sunset views from the 14th-floor west-facing room were breathtaking.

Modern building, good security key system on floors. Very comfortable beds, well-equipped bathroom, corner room had nice city views. Staff reinstated room reservation for work, accommodating. 5 mins walk to BART station, easy access to San Francisco. Laundry available, $3/load, easy to use via app.

Our room on the 14th floor had a magnificent west-facing view. Watching the sunset over the bay was a highlight of our stay. Spacious, comfortable bed and large bathroom added to the enjoyable experience. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. Overall, recommend this hotel.
