The bed was comfortable and the room looked fancy. The restaurant had a beautiful view. The room was spotless. The atmosphere was fun and the service was excellent. The hydrating station was super handy.

The terrace provided stunning views of the city and was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a drink.

The customer service at the rooftop bar was disappointing; we felt rushed and dismissed after only one drink, and were given the check without being asked if we wanted anything else.

The elevator leading to the restaurant and bar on the top floor was closed, which was inconvenient for guests.
