We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the hotel. The staff at Best Western were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with a well-planned layout that had separate areas for sleeping and relaxing. We especially appreciated the convenience of having two sinks in the room, as it made getting ready in the morning much easier for our group. The location of the hotel was also great, with plenty of nearby restaurants and easy access to the interstate.

Malgré ces points positifs, il est regrettable de constater que la propreté de cet hôtel laisse vraiment à désirer. Les chambres ne sont pas correctement nettoyées et des cheveux ont été retrouvés dans la baignoire ainsi que sur la literie.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was outstanding - we got a spacious room with a fridge and microwave at a very affordable price. Secondly, the staff were wonderful and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the location was convenient, being just a short drive away from UT campus, as well as restaurants and shopping. Lastly, the rooms were clean, well-kept, and very comfortable.

Pleasant Surprise

The pull-out sofa bed in our room was unbelievably comfortable, providing a cozy night's sleep. We were also pleasantly surprised to find two separate sinks, making getting ready in the morning a breeze. The room smelled fresh and the AC kept us at the perfect temperature throughout our stay. Although the hotel is in need of renovation, it didn't take away from our overall enjoyable experience. We will definitely consider staying at this Best Western again in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and value.

The hotel had a great location, being close to major roads and easily accessible to the Square area. Additionally, there were plenty of dining options nearby, including an O'Charley's just outside the door and a couple of places across the busy street. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with nice fixtures and beds. The breakfast provided was better than many hotels, with a good selection of hot eggs, waffles, and fruit. this hotel offered good value for money, with attention to detail and friendly staff.

All was fine, nothing to complain about.

My partner and I stayed at Best Western for a few nights while looking for a new place to lease. The king size, non-smoking room exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness and cleanliness.
