The Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa in Rancho Mirage impressed me with its modern rooms featuring a sophisticated filtration system for the air, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment. The spacious suite I stayed in was impeccably clean and boasted a contemporary design, providing a truly relaxing atmosphere. The proximity to the highway 2 exits made it convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

Such delays in room availability can be quite taxing after a long journey.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with basic amenities and comfortable rooms. The staff is really friendly and provides great customer service. The spacious bathrooms are also a plus, and the views of the valley from some rooms are breathtaking.

I recently stayed at Agua Caliente and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and the bathroom was spacious, with a luxurious tub. The spa was a highlight of my stay, and I appreciated the quiet pool and the amenities available for a refreshing shower afterward. The reception upon arrival was excellent, thanks to Eric Suter's exceptional customer service skills. The bed in my room was the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the ensuite bathroom was one of the best I've experienced in a hotel. it was one of the most comfortable stays I've had at a hotel, resort, or spa.

The views from the 9th floor were breathtaking, and the modern room and bathroom were impressive. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The holiday decorations throughout the facility were tasteful and beautiful. The Deluxe King room with a balcony was non-smoking and smelled clean. The linens and towels were fresh and fluffy, and the bed was so comfortable. The ambiance of the resort was calming and soothing. The food was fabulous, especially the Mongolian Beef and combination Lo Mein dish at Waters Café. The Steakhouse had the best meal we've ever had, and the staff even surprised us with a special anniversary treat. The breakfast at Java Junction was also wonderful. it was one of the nicest resorts we've been to in California.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with high, end bathrooms and comfortable beds. the staff was accommodating and helpful, allowing us to have a late check, out without any extra charges. the non, smoking area in the casino was a great bonus.

The front desk staff was consistently rude and unprofessional. Despite making reservations two months in advance, our requested rooms were not ready, not on the same floor, or not available at all.

Spacious, clean rooms with excellent facilities and friendly staff. Fridge in the room is a nice touch. Good breakfast and plenty of parking.

We had a wonderful experience in the hotel. The Water Cafe was a great spot for a morning coffee, with a lovely view of the surrounding golf course. The rooms were very clean and comfortable – we loved the hot water in the sink and the breakfast served. The poolside menu had great food to offer and the pool area was delightful to relax in. We also enjoyed the rooftop location of the casino.

The heavy smoke from the casino and the drift of it towards non-smoking areas was a challenging aspect of the hotel.

We also appreciated the option to text the valet for our car, saving us time.
