The hotel offered beautiful rooms with excellent service. the staff was always friendly and helpful, making my stay wonderful. the location was very convenient, with easy access to the town center for shopping. the adjoining café under the building was a great addition, offering delicious food.

The staff didn't provide the assistance we needed during our stay. We were given an air mattress that deflated during the night.

The room, more like an apartment, had a full kitchen and washer-dryer, making it perfect for extended stays. The view from the room was amazing and the fitness center was top-notch. We stayed at this place for a family holiday and it was amazing. The views were spectacular and the location was convenient for us as it was a close uber ride to the center. We loved the room amenities such as the heating and air conditioning which provided enhanced comfort, and the terrace with garden furniture which was a nice touch. The staff was attentive and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The leisure spa & wellness center, swimming pool, and garden area were also great facilities that we took advantage of.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was upgraded without even asking, which was a pleasant surprise. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and the movie theater. I also appreciated the great service from EJ on Level 28, who helped us with reservations and gave us a tour of the facilities. The price was well worth it, and I will definitely book here again.

The studio suite at Aka University City was fantastic. It had a separate bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen, which was perfect for my needs. The lap pool and gym were excellent amenities, and the location was convenient for accessing downtown. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.
