I wish the room had a kitchen with a dishwasher, but it's just my personal preference.

I got great value for my money at Hyatt House. The room was clean, modern, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was tucked away from busy traffic, yet still close to Oak Brook Center and a short drive to downtown Chicago. The staff, especially Rochelle and Matthew, were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The location is great, as it is close to a wonderful mall and conveniently located near the highway. The staff were extremely nice and provided excellent service. The rooms with the mini kitchen were a nice touch and fully stocked. I also appreciated the bathtub in the room. The breakfast included a wonderful omelet station, which was a delightful surprise.
