The check, in instructions were only sent at 1 pm on the check, in day, causing confusion. the self, service system was challenging to navigate, requiring contacting for codes and limited support.

Stayed at an inn in Alaska and it completely exceeded our expectations. the cleanliness, size, and amenities were impressive. the kitchen area had more amenities than expected. This was by far the best place I stayed at during my travels to Alaska. the property was superb, the communication was quick and easy. the room was perfect, comfortable, and had everything I needed. the self-service laundry and breakfast were fantastic. Thank you for providing such awesome accommodations!

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, size, and amenities. The room was spacious and had a full kitchenette, including two fridges. The bathroom was very nice and clean. The check-in process was incredibly convenient, as we received the entry code via text message.

The self-service aspect of the hotel, requiring communication through calling or emailing, could make check-in difficult for those without a compatible smartphone or access to a telephone.
