The only minor drawbacks were some noise from concerts in the epicenter and a bit of a wait for valet service. However, overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers or anyone looking for a vibrant and comfortable stay in the city.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location within walking distance to Bank of America Stadium and the NASCAR Hall of Fame. The area also offered plenty of food choices to satisfy our appetites. The staff was incredibly friendly and the hotel provided clean rooms with comfortable beds. Being able to store our bags on the day of check-out was a great convenience. We felt safe and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere during our stay.

Great location, comfortable beds, and good view. the hotel is conveniently located near popular venues and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. the beds are comfortable and the rooms are fine, albeit a bit small. the lobby has a bar and each room has a small refrigerator and a coffee pot. it was a good choice for a crash pad in downtown Charlotte.
