The location of the hotel is excellent, close to downtown and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. It is also safe for both tourists and locals. the staff at the hotel is extremely friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. Furthermore, the included breakfast is delicious and satisfying.

The noise from the road outside can be quite disturbing at night, especially during weekdays when people are out partying late. Additionally, the beds are not comfortable and the room doors do not have proper locks from the inside.

We stayed in a centrally located hotel which was close to various restaurants, bars, and popular tourist sites. The area was very lively and busy, making it perfect for young families. We enjoyed the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and excellent room service which was always prompt and friendly. Moreover, the complimentary hot breakfast was delicious, and the accommodating staff was always ready to cook eggs to our liking.

The soundproofing in the rooms was not great, and we could hear noise from other guests down the hall.

The hotel's location in the center of the city is perfect, as it is very close to all the monuments and attractions. I loved being able to walk to Parque Colon and Plaza Espana within minutes. The convenience of having everything right on my doorstep made exploring this city so much easier.

Limited parking space, which required leaving the car keys at the front desk and accepting no responsibility for any damage or loss. Lack of information regarding the additional 28% taxes required by Dominican law, causing an unexpected increase in the total reservation cost.

We were able to easily explore the surrounding area and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the colonial district. Secondly, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always available to assist us with anything we needed. Additionally, the room amenities were excellent. We had everything we could possibly need, from air conditioning to a mini-bar. Finally, the hotel offered a range of facilities and services that enhanced our comfort, such as a fitness center and spa. this place provided a luxurious experience with enhanced comfort and quality services.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable, although not very spacious. The location was perfect for exploring the colonial zone on foot, without the need for transportation. The staff at Hodelpa Caribe Colonial provided great customer service and the breakfast had a variety of hot food options and a wide selection of drinks. Special shout out to Joel, the kitchen supervisor, who went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic dining experience.

One minor improvement that could be made to the morning meal is to avoid repeatedly asking guests for their room number, which can be a bit annoying.
