The hotel had a nice bar in the lobby and a breakfast area with delicious options. the room was elegantly laid out and had a safe, a mini fridge, and an ironing board and iron. the staff at the front desk were courteous and gracious.

The maintenance and cleaning of the hotel were not up to par. the entrance to the building was difficult to find, and the main entrance was in the basement/parking level.

The hotel had a beautiful modern decor in the room, which I really enjoyed. Additionally, the location was great, with plenty of restaurant and shopping options nearby. I also felt safe during my stay, both in the hotel and in the surrounding area.

There were quite a few hiccups during my stay. Maintenance and cleanliness were major issues, with the pool being closed for maintenance despite my request to use it specifically.

We had a fantastic time at Aloft! The pool was well maintained and perfect for our grandson. Though the vending selection was limited, the bartender was charming and knowledgeable. The room decor was modern and comfortable, and the beds were heavenly. We felt safe and relaxed during our stay. we highly recommend this hotel!

I was pleasantly surprised by the brand new room I walked into at Aloft. It was clean, comfortable, and had a modern European feel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, being close to major stores and good restaurants. my stay at Aloft was enjoyable and I would recommend it to others.
