I had a wonderful stay at Towneplace Suites. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had a comfortable bed. The WiFi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected. I especially enjoyed the great variety of items offered at the complimentary breakfast. The hotel's location near a major shopping area was convenient for me. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. the hotel's location was convenient, close to several dining options and with easy access to transportation. the free parking and free WiFi were also a bonus.

The rooms lacked proper temperature control, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. the staff was unhelpful and didn't provide the promised room refresh.

Guest laundry, exercise room, and free breakfast available. Ample parking with easy access to highways. Attentive staff pays attention to details.

Not one thing

Our stay at Towneplace Suites was excellent value for money. The room was impeccably designed with a clean and modern bathroom, and the location was convenient with a nearby shopping center. The staff were amazing, treating us with respect and making us feel valued as guests.

The breakfast selection could be improved by extending the serving time till 9:30 am.

The parking was good, and the location was convenient. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast and coffee. the room had a kitchenette with useful amenities.

The bed frame was sticking out and it was very uncomfortable. the closet shelf was poorly installed and could not be used.
