I loved the modern and stylish look of the hotel. The city views were stunning and added to the overall experience. The staff, from the housekeeping to the valet, were all extremely friendly and pleasant. It was refreshing to see genuine smiles and hear friendly conversations in passing. The valet staff was particularly impressive, handling busy times with ease and maintaining their professionalism and friendliness. The customized TV in my room was a nice touch, providing a personal and encouraging message. The lobby's ReFuel area had Starbucks coffee readily available, which was much appreciated after a long drive.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was great, greeting us upon arrival and offering parking options. The atmosphere was very modern and cool, with lots of bright colors and a chill vibe. The lounge had plenty of seating, a laptop bar, and a free pool table for guests to use. The room was comfortable and clean, with Euro-style decor. The facilities around the hotel were well kept and clean. The location was perfect, situated right on the river and close to Fiserv Forum and other attractions in the city.

Stayed at Aloft for a few nights with our dog. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Loved the dog-friendly atmosphere and the dedicated dog area with soft grass and mulch. Great location on the river walk, close to restaurants, bars, and breweries. Comfortable facilities with just the right amount of extra paid features. Would stay again for the amazing staff and pup-friendly vibe.

This hotel is perfect for solo travelers! The clean and well-maintained property provides a comfortable stay. The beds are like sleeping on clouds, and the shower is amazing. I also love the convenient location, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The location of Aloft Hotel Milwaukee Downtown is absolutely perfect. It's within walking distance of the Turner Hall Ballroom, which was extremely convenient for us as we attended a concert there. The three employees we interacted with at the hotel provided us with exceptional hospitality. They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome during our stay. Compared to other nearby options, the pricing at Aloft Hotel was quite reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise.

Despite a few minor issues, our overall experience during our one to two-night stay was acceptable and we didn't encounter any major problems.

Great location, close to attractions on the river and in the Water Street area. Neat and cool room designs, with great views of the river. the bar had friendly servers, good food, and a fun atmosphere. Plus, the convenience of valet parking made it easy to explore the river walk and 3rd ward.

Some noise from morning traffic on the nearby bridge. There was also confusion about the views and lack of knowledge about nearby buildings from the staff.

Great location, friendly staff, modern decor, convenient valet service, walking distance to restaurants and bars including in hotel.
