I had a wonderful stay at Resorts World Catskills for the weekend with my girlfriend. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel had great amenities like stores and a casino. The staff was attentive and kind, especially Delvis who went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. The rooms were spacious and clean, with modern features and comfortable beds. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Had a great time during Christmas at this hotel. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and a great shower. the TV was nice and the bed was comfortable. the climate control in the room was excellent, keeping us warm and cozy during the winter season. the property was very clean and well-maintained. We also liked the fact that the hotel was located in a key location, close to attractions and activities. It was convenient to have everything we needed within reach. we had a wonderful experience.

There were a few things that could have been better. We were disappointed that there was no coffee maker in the room.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Bethel Woods for a couple of days and had an amazing experience. The room was incredibly spacious and spotless, with a super comfortable bed and a breathtaking view. I also loved the complimentary Saratoga water in the room, both sparkling and still. The overall staff was friendly and while not always accommodating, it was clear that they just needed better training and tools to problem solve and make recommendations. the clean rooms, top-notch facilities, and pleasant staff made my stay truly enjoyable.

The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with top-notch facilities. The views from the hotel were breathtaking, offering the best in the Hudson Valley. We were also impressed with the dining options at the hotel, especially Cellaio. The food was amazing, and the service provided by our server, Sam, and the entire staff was professional and attentive. We enjoyed every bite and sip of our meals. Additionally, the breakfast at the 24/7 Bistro was also delicious, and the service was great.

Spacious rooms with large desks, comfy couches, and great beds. Clean and well-lit, with plenty of electronic connections. Friendly staff, convenient valet service. Delicious breakfast and excellent menus. Non-smoking throughout, and a beautiful pool and spa.

The TV was nice and the bed was really comfortable. I also appreciated the excellent climate control in the room, keeping me cozy during my stay. Another advantage was how clean the property was, it was spotless throughout.

One of the things I didn't like was the lack of options for dining during a snow event. It seemed like there weren't enough staff and the restaurants were not available.

My room was absolutely luxurious and the Molton Brown toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated Delvis for going above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. Would definitely return. highly recommend.

We loved the lively atmosphere with a casino in the lobby and the entertaining karaoke night at Double Top bar. The 24/7 Bistro offered phenomenal service by Jeanie and the Belgian waffles with bourbon apple syrup were to die for. The spa and pool area seemed cute and relaxing, with two indoor pools for both adults and kids. The spacious rooms with a large bathroom, great shower, nice TV, comfortable bed, and excellent climate control were impressive. The entire property was very clean.

Felt genuinely welcomed throughout our stay, with staff willing to go the extra mile. Nothing felt like too much trouble.
