absolutely disappointing! The air conditioning was broken, and housekeeping didn't even bother to clean the filthy shower head. I also expected a complimentary welcome drink, given the price we paid. Instead, it felt like they didn’t care at all. I wanted to leave a good review, but just couldn’t after this experience.

The guest room had a balcony with amazing views. Air conditioning worked well, and the bed was comfy. Loved the sleek design with a flat-screen TV and streaming services. Free toiletries and a hairdryer were nice touches. Outdoor pool and sun loungers were great for relaxing. The sauna and fitness center were awesome amenities!

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, great complimentary breakfast with a variety of options and a fantastic free shuttle service to the beach, perfect for exploring local attractions and dining just a short walk away.

The hotel had a vibrant atmosphere with live music and games room available. The bathroom design lacked privacy, which was frustrating.

The outdoor pool area is relaxing, with a small sandy space and lounge chairs leading to the water. Electronic features in the room, like a touch screen for lighting and a Bluetooth speaker styled as a retro radio, added to the modern feel. They offer beach equipment rentals and have two EV charging stations. Breakfast included vouchers, and I appreciated the option for custom orders. The location is just a block from the beach and close to bars and restaurants.

The cleanliness, the pet-friendliness, the water taxi service – truly a gem!

the aloft ocean city is super nice! the staff were really friendly and the rooms were roomy with great views. loved the outdoor pool area and the happy hour drinks were bomb. the tap house nearby is perfect for a chill night out and the beach is right across the street. breakfast every morning was delish and filling! !

only bummer was the noise from other guests slamming doors at night and i got charged extra fees that weren't mentioned at check-in.

aloft had an amazing location with stunning views over the bay from our waterfront room. the ride service to the beach was super convenient, and we loved soaking up the sun at the outdoor pool. the staff was friendly, making our three-night family stay even better!

the only issue was a small pool area! but really loved the outdoor bar with lively bartenders! the location is walkable with lots of nearby attractions, and the pet-friendly vibe was fun with all the dogs around!
