Braw location right by NC State! The staff were pure dead brilliant and super accommodating. Loved the comfy room, but the HVAC was a bit iffy – felt like I was on the North Pole! Overall, a cracking stay. Would come back again!

absolutely horrid stay. the decor was dark and drab, as if they purchased everything from a yard sale. plus, they charged me extra fees that weren’t mine! you would think with such a poor experience they’d at least offer a complimentary gesture, but no, just crickets. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t!

Additionally, the check-in process was frustrating. the front desk staff weren't friendly and didn’t even inform me to use my room key for elevator access. This lack of communication and attention to detail left a sour taste in my mouth and made my stay less enjoyable.

The cinnamon rolls were an absolute treat! Exploring nearby eateries turned into a culinary adventure, with a vibrant atmosphere that made every meal memorable. The staff were welcoming and helped me feel right at home.

While the room could’ve shined brighter with a bit more cleanliness and attention, I found charm in the quirky decor. Just a little more care and it could’ve sparkled!
