The hotel staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. They were helpful in coordinating transportation for us. The rooms were clean and the cleaning team went above and beyond by providing us with extra water for our trip. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the airport. We also enjoyed the fact that there were nearby attractions such as the Laugh Out Loud Comedy club and a great breakfast place within walking distance.

The room we were assigned to was outdated and in need of maintenance. There were not enough plug-ins and the room did not have a steamer iron like other hotels in the same chain. The showers appeared to be dirty and the wood floor had broken and missing pieces. The window curtain on one side was also not functioning properly. Additionally, the outside of the property, particularly around the back, was not well-maintained. There was a dumpster with trash scattered around it, as well as a presence of stray cats which could potentially carry fleas and ticks.

It's also only a 15-minute drive to the popular Riverwalk district. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and there are charging ports available for electronics. Some rooms even have a great view.

On some floors, noise from the lobby bar can be heard, which can be disruptive for light sleepers.

This hotel is an absolute gem! First, the location is perfect, just a stone's throw from the airport and the Riverwalk district. You'll find plenty of cool and tasty restaurants nearby that serve up fantastic food. Second, the staff are friendly, dedicated, and always willing to help, which was much appreciated. Third, the king-sized bed in my room was so comfortable that I had no trouble sleeping at all. Fourth, the hotel provides an amazing breakfast spread that includes all the classics and many more mouth-watering dishes. And the best part? All this is offered at such a great value for money!

The experience overall was disappointing. The music in the lobby was too loud and trendy for our taste and could be heard in our room, even at night. We had to call the front desk to turn it off. Another issue was the lack of towels. On our third night, there were no towels for us to shower with, and when we went down to ask for some, they only had small towels. Also, the bathroom area had only one sink and there was cosmetic damage on the bathroom door. we would not return.

I especially loved the fact that there were some really cool restaurants just a short walk away. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I stepped through the door. Lastly, the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a king bed that provided a great night's sleep. Additionally, having breakfast included was a nice bonus, saving me time and money in the mornings.
