Poor customer service: We encountered several issues with the hotel's customer service during our stay. Despite reporting a non-functional AC unit in our room, it took 7 days for the issue to be resolved.

The hotel's location provided easy access to multiple nearby towns. Breakfast was delicious and staff provided attentive service. it was a great stay with an exceptional level of cleanliness and service.

We recently stayed at Home2 Suites By Hilton for our family vacation and it was absolutely amazing! The hotel staff were so welcoming and made us feel like VIP guests. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, especially during these times, with the elevator buttons having tissues and being constantly cleaned. The spacious rooms comfortably accommodated our family of seven and we loved the added convenience of the mini kitchen. The breakfast options were fantastic and the pool area was a great place to relax. we couldn't be happier with our stay and this hotel has become our new favorite wherever we go!
