The location was perfect - within walking distance of all the best restaurants, bars, and shops. We loved being able to walk to the nearby beach and enjoy drinks at the beach bar. The rooms were spacious and had plenty of towels, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also enjoyed hanging out in the backyard, which had a table and chairs. a wonderful stay!

No need for a car, everything is within reach. the house provided plenty of towels and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. the backyard had a nice area to hang out with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing. a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The house is in need of updating, especially the kitchen which was difficult to use and the stove was not working properly. the TVs also had some issues upon arrival.

We had a fantastic time staying at this lovely hotel with 2 couples and one child. It was conveniently located near Duval and all the attractions, yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful atmosphere. The cleanliness was impeccable, and all the necessary amenities were provided. The hot tub was a wonderful way to relax after a day of exploring and enjoying water sports. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, and there were plenty of towels available. We also enjoyed the option of the fold-out couch bed. The backyard with its table and chairs was a great place to hang out. a great location with excellent facilities.

This was a great place for us to stay with 2 couples and one child. Close to Duval and all the sites but off the beaten path enough that it was peaceful. Very clean and all necessary amenities provided. The hot tub was awesome after a long day of site seeing and water sports. The rooms had plenty of space and the beds were comfy. The couch folds out into a bed which is also nice. There's a backyard with a table and chairs. Excellent location. Close to all the restaurants, bars, and shopping. Close to a great beach with a lovely beach bar. Parked the car and walked everywhere.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely house that could be a hidden gem. The location was perfect, near all the attractions but still peaceful. The house was clean with all necessary amenities. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of exploring. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Amelia House was the perfect place for our family vacation. The location was excellent, with downtown just a short walk away. We loved hanging out in the spacious backyard with the table and chairs. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

We had a great time during our New Year's vacation! The location of the hotel was perfect - close to all the restaurants, bars, and shopping. We loved that everything was within walking distance, and we didn't even need to use our car. Another advantage was the proximity to a beautiful beach with a cozy beach bar. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sun.

We do have a few complaints about our stay. Firstly, the hotel was quite expensive for the outdated condition it was in.
