We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with the room and facilities being spotless. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spacious bathroom and kitchen areas. The location was perfect, with it being a short walk to 5th avenue and the Empire State Building. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to the subway, making it easy to travel to most places in the city.

Great location with convenient access to transportation.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Manhattan for a short trip. The location was excellent and the price was very reasonable. The staff was kind and helpful, and I appreciated that they required guests to wash their own dishes. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the pantry was well-stocked. The hotel also had coin laundry machines and plenty of clean bathrooms. I also liked having a sink inside my room, and the staff provided tourist brochures and a computer for printing. I had a great experience and would definitely stay there again in the future.

My stay at American Dream was nearly perfect. The location was great, with easy access to subway stations and plenty of nearby stores and places to eat. The shared bathrooms were clean and always available, exceeding my expectations. And despite the old building and rooms, I found the atmosphere relaxed and the place spotless. I had all that I needed and more. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. my room had no natural light which forced me to rely on air conditioning and resulted in a stiff neck.

The cozy bed and daily change of bath mats and fresh-smelling towels were a pleasant surprise. The thoughtful and lovely breakfast spread with strong coffee was a great way to start the day. The location was central yet quiet, allowing for a restful stay. The old building had a charming character, and the communication with the staff was excellent, making it easy to find our way around. the cleanliness and maintenance of the place were top-notch.

Felt like being in the comfort of home, no complaints whatsoever.

As a solo traveler, I loved the central location and proximity to Madison and 3rd Avenue bars. Luggage storage was free and the staff was friendly and organized. The single room was comfortable and well-equipped. The breakfast had a wide choice and included a nice variety of fruits.

I had an amazing stay at this NYC hotel. The room was cozy and comfortable, with cool artwork and a great value for money. The location was perfect, with easy access to subway stations and tourist spots. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast spread was lovely. a great choice and I felt safe and secure throughout my stay.

The only thing I wish could be improved about the breakfast is the coffee. It would be great if they turned off the coffee maker after breakfast hours, as the smell lingered all day and became a bit overwhelming.
