Friendly staff made my stay more enjoyable.

I was very disappointed with the noise levels at night. My room was adjacent to the busy breakfast area, and I could hear laundry operations throughout my stay. Additionally, the location is tricky for accessing the parking lot, which made it frustrating to come and go.

This place is remarkable. The suite was vast and very comfortable. It's pet-friendly, and I appreciated the nearby attractions like the Riverwalk. The washer and dryer on-site were convenient. The staff was extremely supportive and accommodating.

The room was cleaner than a whistle at a cat show, with a soft bed that had fresher sheets than a laundry detergent commercial. Plus, the bathroom had a bathtub hotter than a summer’s day, and I felt like royalty lounging in it. The mini fridge was a lifesaver, just like ice cream on a hot day! Not to mention, the staff were so nice that they made you feel like family – I half expected them to offer me a slice of pie!

Could be noisy sometimes.

We explored the nearby zoo, and it was fantastic! Plus, the staff worked with me on securing an emergency medical rate, which was a blessing while visiting my son in the ICU. The cleanliness and consistent support made it a comfortable stay for the whole family, including my mum.

In my wife’s opinion, a larger breakfast area would help families feel more comfortable during meals.

The hotel was well-kept with clean and spacious rooms. I appreciated the fridge and microwave, making snacks easy. The staff were approachable and went out of their way to help.

However, noise from the nearby highway was noticeable at night, which could disturb light sleepers. Also, the breakfast options were limited, leaving me wanting a bit more variety.

I was genuinely surprised by the cleanliness and modern feel of this hotel. The staff, especially Erica and Carmen, made me feel like family. they really went out of their way to help. They even offered me a ride when I had to check out early!

One downside was the breakfast, which could've used more variety, and they started cleaning up earlier than the stated time. Additionally, while my room was comfortable, I could hear some noise from the highway, so light sleepers might want ear plugs.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Excellent location with convenient access to mountain views and nearby attractions, making it easy for sightseeing.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, flat-screen TV, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with a late departure on my first stay, and they are consistently attentive. I highly recommend it! I'll definitely be back for a holiday.

the hotel has new vinyl plank floors which are a plus. the internet connection was slow during my stay.

I stayed in the King Room, Non-Smoking, and it was pretty decent for the price. The room was clean and smelled good, which was a big plus. The bed was just okay—nothing fancy, but I hit the pillow and crashed. Sharing a slight bummer, there wasn't a sheet under the bedspread, kind of odd, right? The highlights aside from that were the nice staff and early check-in, which made things easier for me!

The room was really clean and the A/C worked great! The shower had awesome pressure, making it super refreshing after a long day. The location was perfect for easy access to the airport. And the staff? Truly friendly and helpful!
