As old people, we absolutely loved the comfortable rooms at Juniper Hotel. The warm and inviting atmosphere made us feel right at home. The fast room service, although they call instead of knocking, was a unique touch. The staff was amazing, making check-in a breeze and providing excellent assistance throughout our stay. The free self-parking was a bonus, and the cleanliness of the room was top-notch. The hotel's unique ambiance added a refreshing change of pace to our Hilton experience. The social hour with free wine and snacks was a nice touch, and the reasonably priced happy hour at the restaurant offered a good selection of options.

They made us feel so taken care of throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was excellent, with Starbucks and TJ Maxx right across the street. It was also conveniently located near the foothills of the Santa Cruz mountains, providing lovely surroundings. the hotel amenities, such as the connected parking garage and the well, equipped workout space, were greatly appreciated.

The hotel's policies and fees were not very friendly towards Hilton Diamond members or heavy business travelers. Charging $25 for early check, in, even when a room was available, was disappointing and made the stay less convenient.
