My stay at the Springhill Suites was delightful. Despite construction noise nearby, the convenient location to Baylor and welcoming treats made my parent weekend special. the breakfast spread was delicious, and the cozy rooms provided comfort. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

I always return for Springhill Suites. First stay, staff helped with room issue late night. Place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, welcome drink, snack bar. Returning for Christmas.

Wow, the location was awesome! Right by Baylor, so super convenient. Also, tons of restaurants within walking distance. the room was clean and comfy, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They even gave us welcome treats for parent weekend. And breakfast was spot on, plenty to choose from!

A bummer about the construction nearby causing road closures and noise. Plus, the pool was closed in September when it was still hot.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Waco that was conveniently located near the convention center. The area was easy to navigate and there was even a designated space with brochures to help me plan my sightseeing activities. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast offered a variety of options. Furthermore, the hotel provided a lovely view of the surrounding area.

There was one aspect of the hotel that could be improved. The elevator near the lobby was temporarily out of order, which required a longer walk to reach my room.
