The value for money was excellent, the room was spacious and beautiful, and the location was fantastic. The staff treated us with utmost hospitality and made our stay memorable.

We had an amazing stay at Gale South Beach. The personal texts from the concierge, Greg, were such a nice touch. It made us feel well taken care of. The Italian restaurant at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious and we loved the ambiance.

One drawback was the lighting in our room. It was quite dark and not very makeup-friendly.

I arrived early and the hotel held my luggage while I explored the area. When I came back, my room was ready and the staff even offered to help with my bags. The rooftop pool was a highlight and perfect for relaxing. I recommend this Hilton property.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the comfortable beds and the spotlessly clean room. the rooftop pool was a highlight, with full sun all day and complimentary ice water by the poolside. the hotel staff was extremely helpful, from the friendly receptionist who printed our boarding passes to the concierge who made our stay enjoyable. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the Lincoln Road Mall, South Beach, and Art Deco.

The only downside was the expensive parking, which was a bit of a disappointment. However, overall, my experience at this hotel was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Miami Beach during the Christmas season.

This hotel is positioned in a very convenient location, really close to everything in the South Beach area. You can easily access a lot of restaurants and the beach which is central to everything. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The Nespresso and Toto toilet offered in the room are noteworthy.

The digital do not disturb and housekeeping signs were a modern touch, and the underwater music in the pool was a unique feature. We also appreciated the free deliveries and the personal touch of real pictures of the Galbut family.

We felt snug, but had no reason to complain.
