We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was very helpful and understanding. They allowed us to use the hotel freezer to store ice packs, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel was clean and quiet, and the linens were top-notch. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to downtown and several nice restaurants. We also loved the fact that there was easy access to transportation and parking. The free hot breakfast was delicious, especially the waffles. we were very impressed with the hotel facilities and the friendly staff.

The housekeeping policy was unclear, and we had to ask for our room to be cleaned daily. the clean-up crew seemed rushed and didn't fully replace items or make the bed properly.
