I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this YHA. The room was comfortable and had convenient features like bedside charging ports. The location was great, within walking distance to everything central, and the staff were very friendly and professional.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be more variety in the food options.

Had a great Xmas stay at this hotel! Loved the amazing location, so close to public transport and all the sights. the building itself is historic and has a fascinating history. Reception staff were friendly and allowed me to check in early. My room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a light and socket for each bed. Loved the convenience of the lockers with built-in sockets. the terrace with its stunning view was a great place to relax. the kitchen and lounge had plenty of seating and sockets. the pastries and coffee sold at the reception were a nice touch.

Just a couple of downsides to note. There was no free luggage storage, only paid lockers.

If you're searching for a centrally located and budget-friendly hostel, this is the perfect spot! It's just a short walk from the Wynyard train station, and within walking distance to all of Sydney's most famous landmarks, including the stunning Opera House. The rooftop offers an incredible view of the city, and the kitchen facilities come with everything you need to whip up tasty meals. You'll also appreciate that the rooms are kept particularly clean, with comfy beds and modern bathrooms.

While the aircon can be a bit hit or miss in the shared rooms, this isn't a major issue and is more likely due to individual preferences.

We had an amazing stay at the hostel! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us. They even let me go back to my room after check-out to retrieve something I had forgotten. The facilities were excellent, with well-equipped kitchens for cooking and storing food. The small café at reception was a pleasant surprise. There were plenty of activities organized for those who wanted to participate. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, and the location provided stunning views. a well-organized facility with great amenities.

Watching the sunrise and sunset over the water was definitely a highlight of the weekend. the kitchen facilities were spotless, and the utensils were cleaned regularly. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation.

The laundry room could have been better maintained, and the sheets and pillowcases didn't seem to be changed between guests. This made us feel a bit unsure about the cleanliness of our room.

This hotel fulfilled all of my luxurious needs and had exclusive amenities. the service was impeccable and the Sun terrace provided stunning panoramic views. the Leisure/TV room was an added bonus for relaxing and taking a break from sightseeing. the private facilities were top-notch and truly exclusive. the location advantages were unbeatable, just steps away from all the major sights.

The only minor issue was the limited BBQ facilities available. with all the amazing restaurants nearby, it was hardly a problem.
