As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the accommodating staff and the availability of hot water with good water pressure in the shower. The comfortable bed and clean room were also highlights. The coffee in the breakfast area was fantastic, giving us a great start to our day.

The walls in the hotel were quite thin, which made it difficult to sleep through the night. I could hear noises from other rooms and doors slamming, which was disruptive.

I recently stayed at Americinn in Burnsville for a quick weekend getaway. The location was fantastic, with shops nearby and easy access to highways for attractions like Valleyfair and MoA. The staff were wonderful and had hand sanitizer available. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel provided great coffee and breakfast options. it was well worth the money and I will definitely be staying there again.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money. Considering the prices of other hotels in the area, it was a great deal. The location was also a major plus, as it was close to everything I needed to visit in the evening. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure my needs were met. The room itself was comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. I appreciated the basic amenities provided, including a fridge and microwave in the room. The breakfast was satisfying, offering a variety of options to start the day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel from 12/27/18 through 01/01/19. The room was clean and comfortable, and we even got to enjoy the pool, which had a beach ball and rings for added fun. We asked for an extended check out and the staff graciously accommodated our request. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was near shopping centers and restaurants. We were only 15 minutes away from both the Mall Of America and Valley Fair. Breakfast was provided and included fresh options, such as mini box cereals and pastries. The staff, especially Charron Ewing, provided excellent customer service with a smile, making our stay even more enjoyable.

It was all superb, except for the fact that the hotel was outdated and in need of major repairs. The lobby and hallways had a strong smell of smoke, and there were issues with the air conditioning and guest telephone.
