I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was fantastic, with new furniture and appliances, and a luxurious bathtub with jets. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient being right on the freeway.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety and options.

The hotel staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The interior hallways smelled amazing and were very clean. The room had everything we needed and the hotel was accommodating in extending our stay. Oakland is a lovely town and not too far from San Francisco.

Secondly, the staff were attentive and helpful, ensuring that everything I needed was taken care of. The basic amenities in the room, including the fridge, Wi-Fi, and TV, were all in good working condition. Finally, the breakfast provided was very good, with a variety of options to choose from.

The location was good for my business trip, close to the sidewalk on A Street with restaurants for dining and not in the beginning of a residential neighborhood.

Great value for the money! The room was spacious, with a comfortable new bed and a huge jacuzzi tub, complete with mirrors on the walls. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful, especially considering my mobility issues. They went above and beyond to assist me with moving carts and opening doors. The location was convenient, with easy access to the freeway, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious.

Nothing to fault.

We were warmly welcomed by Luse, the head housekeeper, when we arrived at the Best Western. She greeted us with genuine kindness and made us feel truly welcome. Luse went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us with a small request for milk for medication. Her caring attitude and exceptional service made our stay memorable. We also appreciated the kind assistance from Kimberly at the front desk. our experience with the staff was outstanding.
